Getting started with Audio Response is simple. If this is the first time using Audio Response, you’ll need to register for the system, which only takes a minute or two. Have your Life CU member account number on hand and be prepared to dial it. You’ll also need the primary account holder’s social security number. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to set your own PIN, which will make future calls quick and convenient.
