What is Mobile Deposit?
Mobile Deposit lets you take a picture of a check with your smartphone, and then deposit those funds straight into your account, without needing to visit an ATM or branch.
How it works
To activate Mobile Deposit, you’ll need to download Life CU’s free mobile app. It’s available on both iTunes and Google Play. Next, take a clear picture of the check you’ve received, back and front. Don’t forget to endorse the check by signing the back on the indicated line and writing, “For Mobile Deposit.”
Once you’ve taken the picture, you can upload it to Mobile Deposit within the Life CU app. You’ll be able to see if your upload goes through. If it does not, you may need to try taking another picture.
